A lot of pain here, but lucky

I am one finger typing and am a little out of it right now.  I feel bad complaining for my problem is minor compared tp those of everyone in the  North East.

I pulled the tendons that run along the thumb and connect to the side of the wrest.  At the point where they connect is a gland that keeps the tendons lubricated.  This gland is not working properly and I am on a lot of pain medication and steroids.  For the first tine in ten days I am not in pain, but the hand is in a splint for four more days.  I  have never ever had as much pain as this. Sense I am right handed  thankful it is my left hand.

I felt I needed to let my followers know why no action in SL.  Take care and hope to be up to SL very soon.

My heart goes out to those who went through the storm Sandy.Eddi Haskell is right, we must help as we can

One finger typing sucks.  So do many everyday things such as washing the hands,  zipping up ones pants, tying shoes and much more.  Hope my mind is clear enough that this posting makes some sense.

  2. Hey - Decided to check out your blog to see what has been up lately - sorry to read about this condition. I feel strongly that RL > SL even though here lately we spend more time in SL - but that's it. SL will be here when your body, mind, and soul is ready for it again - get better and don't over-strain the part of your body that aids in communication. We're nothing without our voice, so like the others, we are looking for forward to when you're right and returning on proper grounds. Get better quick buddy :)
