Blog wil be running again shortly

I recently painted the inside of my house.  I was up and down a step ladder a lot.  I twisted my foot.  It is so sore I can hardly walk.  Aches a lot like a tooth ache.  Went to emergency room where the X rayed it.  Nothing broken, but inflamed.
